Price Match Guarantee
We want you to shop with confidence at EL Design. If you find an identical product advertised for less by one of our competitors within 30 days of your purchase, we will match that price, including shipping and handling.
Please note that our Price Match Guarantee applies to identical products from the same manufacturer and US authorized dealers. Certain exclusions and terms apply. Contact us for price match requests.
Pricing and Product Description Discrepancies
While we strive for accuracy, occasional discrepancies in pricing or product information may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders and provide refunds for items not yet shipped. EL Design's responsibility is limited to accepting product returns and issuing refunds in cases of inaccurate product information.
Shipping Charges
At EL Design, we aim to provide convenient and affordable shipping options for our valued customers. Shipping charges apply to all orders, and a 9% freight charge will be added to cover shipping costs.
In addition to our standard shipping rates, expedited delivery, when available, can be specified for an additional fee. Please reach out to our customer service team for details on expedited shipping rates and delivery times.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. We work diligently to process and ship orders promptly, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process.

Quoting Policy
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Expired quotes must be re-priced with the vendor. Contact our sales team for custom quotes.
Claims for Damaged Shipments
We understand that items may occasionally be damaged during shipping. Any damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately through your account and submit a Claims Form with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Sales Tax
EL Design collects sales tax in various states. Sales tax collection can be waived with a valid sales tax exemption certificate. Please contact us for more information.
Sales Tax on Trade Orders
Sales tax can be waived on trade orders with a valid resale certificate in the Ship To state. Please contact us to set this up.
Trade Pricing
At EL Design, we extend trade privileges to professionals in the design industry, including lighting designers, architects, interior designers, hospitality and real estate groups, electricians, developers, contractors, and distributors. To apply for trade privileges, please complete our online form.
Warranty
EL Design stands behind the quality of our products. All items come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Defective items returned within one year will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. To report a defective item, please submit a Claims Form through your account.
