Where We Ship

We ship to the contiguous U.S. (the lower 48 states). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and international addresses are quoted on request. Contact us for a quote before you order.

Shipping Charges

Retail orders over $100 ship free within the contiguous U.S. Oversized and special-order items may carry extra freight charges. Furniture shipping is quoted per order, so please contact our sales team first. Expedited shipping is available on some items for an added fee.

Processing Time

Processing time is separate from transit time. Your order ships once it has been processed.

Quotes

Quotes are good for 30 days unless noted otherwise. After that, we have to re-price them with the vendor.

Claims for Damaged Shipments

We understand that items may occasionally be damaged during shipping. Any damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately through your account and submit a Claims Form with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax in applicable states. A valid exemption certificate removes it. For trade orders, a valid resale certificate for the ship-to state removes it.
