At EL Design, we aim to provide convenient and affordable shipping options for our valued customers. Retail customers enjoy free shipping on orders over $100—please note that additional freight charges may apply for oversized or special items. Furniture will be calculated per item — contact our sales team to inquire about a particular item prior to purchase.
In addition to our standard shipping rates, expedited delivery, when available, can be specified for an additional fee. Please reach out to our customer service team for details on expedited shipping rates and delivery times.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. We work diligently to process and ship orders promptly, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process.

Quoting Policy
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Expired quotes must be re-priced with the vendor. Contact our sales team for custom quotes.
Claims for Damaged Shipments
We understand that items may occasionally be damaged during shipping. Any damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately through your account and submit a Claims Form with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Sales Tax
EL Design collects sales tax in various states. Sales tax collection can be waived with a valid sales tax exemption certificate. Please contact us for more information.
Sales Tax on Trade Orders
Sales tax can be waived on trade orders with a valid resale certificate in the Ship To state. Please contact us to set this up.
Trade Pricing
At EL Design, we extend trade privileges to professionals in the design industry, including lighting designers, architects, interior designers, hospitality and real estate groups, electricians, developers, contractors, and distributors. To apply for trade privileges, please complete our online form.
Warranty
EL Design stands behind the quality of our products. All items come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Defective items returned within one year will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. To report a defective item, please submit a Claims Form through your account.
