The lamp - as a solitary piece or grouped - it is as much timeless art on any wall or ceiling as it is an imprint of pure function devised from thoughtful, explorative engineering. The piece was already an innovative statement at its time, paired down to its core intention. Instead of a covered finish, the raw surface of the spun aluminum reflector channels the industrial process. The result is honest, provoking thought in its simplicity.
