Edible Dried Flower Petals

Our obsession with flowers runs deep, especially when they can be enjoyed beyond a vase, planter or garden. Flowers used for culinary purposes goes back pretty much most of human history so our relationship with edible flowers runs deep. While we will always prefer the use of fresh flowers for a garnish, this dried mixture work wonders in a pinch, especially during the colder months.

A beautiful blend of yellow marigold, orange calendula, red rose, white daisy, purple mallow and blue cornflower all sourced from the idyllic coast of the UK and grown on sustainable, bio-dynamic farms free from pesticides. Add a unique splash of color and texture to soups, salads, cocktails and pastries. We love them swirled into oatmeal and yogurt and baked into shortbread cookies.

To keep colors vibrant, store jar in a dark, dry and cool place.
