Design: Ludovica + Roberto Palomba, 2015 for Foscarini.

Contemporary ceiling lamps made of blown glass with a special processing on the surface which interprets the magical glow of Oriental rice paper lanterns. Distinguished by an elongated shape, the Rituals 1 ceiling lamp diffuses a caressing and suffused light.

Collection of ceiling lamps with diffused light. Three diffuser shapes in blown glass with striped effect, achieved using a mold with negative decorations which are transferred to the surface of the glass, which is then manually ground “by belt” and then undergoes immersion in acid in order to emphasize the plaster-like effect. Ceiling mounting plate in epoxy powder coated metal.
