Design: Ludovica + Roberto Palomba, 2015 for Foscarini.

The Rituals ceiling lamps translate the magical glow of Oriental rice paper lanterns into items of contemporary design, made of blown glass with a special processing on the surface. The compact shape and cozy glow of the Rituals 3 ceiling lamp make it perfect for a multitude of settings.

Collection of ceiling lamps with diffused light. Three diffuser shapes in blown glass with striped effect, achieved using a mold with negative decorations which are transferred to the surface of the glass, which is then manually ground “by belt” and then undergoes immersion in acid in order to emphasize the plaster-like effect. Ceiling mounting plate in epoxy powder coated metal.
