Portable Large Pleated Wall Light

The Portable Pleat is our most flexible wall light. A pleated bone china shade is held to the wall by a satin chromed round wall fixing. Available in two shade sizes, the light has 2.5 meters of cotton braided cable with an inline switch and plug. This allows for the light to be positioned anywhere, without needing hard wiring.

Manufacturing
Each bone china light is manufactured according to traditional methods by our highly skilled team in Stoke-on-Trent. The process, which takes multiple days, begins with a slip (clay and water mix) being poured into molds. Once set, the molds are split and the shade, base or ceiling rose is removed and left overnight to dry before being sponged and fettled to remove any imperfections.
The items are finally biscuit fired or dipped in a glaze and gloss-fired for a natural white finish.
